LinkedIn Strategist, Creative Content Strategist, or B2B Strategist are alternative position titles.


Our client, a 100% remote digital agency representing US-based clients, is seeking to add experienced Content Strategists to their team in either a part-time or full-time capacity.

They also allow new team members to start part-time, continue their existing role, and either remain part-time or move to full-time hours when available.

A leadership path is also available for a full-time position: Director of Strategy.


We're seeking strategists with profound expertise in LinkedIn Marketing and B2B marketing communications and a solid background in thought leadership and content strategy.


This role demands a professional who can:

* Lead the creation and execution of our agency's content and social media strategy, primarily focusing on LinkedIn (80%) and supplementary engagement across Twitter/X, Instagram, and client websites (20%). This includes driving organic content for brand and leadership accounts, stimulating relevant conversations, and fostering engagement to boost customer growth.
* Brief copywriters and designers to ensure all projects are executed to a high creative standard. You'll manage the social media calendar, crafting and scheduling LinkedIn-specific content while developing a diverse inventory of text, image, and video content.
* Provide timely and strategic feedback across various tasks, including website optimization, social content direction, industry trends, and campaign planning. You'll be instrumental in writing creative briefs for our teams, drawing from client briefs to spark innovative ideas.
* Host brainstorming sessions, leveraging consumer insights, research, and strategic frameworks to inform content development and simplify complex concepts for our audience.
* Continuously research emerging brands, creative campaigns, and cultural moments, translating these insights into unique and compelling content ideas for LinkedIn.
* Your role is pivotal in shaping our brand communications strategies, ensuring our content resonates with current and potential customers by exploring the business context and establishing clear objectives for each campaign.
* Be available and flexible to occasionally lead calls with the clients to explain the strategic thinking behind the work.
* Ability to copywrite directly for a client when something is needed on short notice.
* Must have experience working in a mid to large-sized marketing agency, such as Ogilvy, McCann, or others. (mandatory)
* Strong collaboration skills to ensure that the work gets done by copywriters and designers.
* Experience giving feedback to different departments and being able to jump in to finish things at the last minute if required.


Since this role will require regular interaction with US-based clients and 100% English content, please only apply if you have a near native-level written and spoken English and or have studied extensively in an entirely English-speaking environment.
