This is a strategic position: you'll be our first ambassador in Spain, with a fast-track opportunity to become Country Manager.

Your role
You will be the driving force behind our growth in Spain. Your mission:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Spanish market.
* Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level) across major sectors.
* Co-create innovative solutions with our Data & AI experts to address client challenges.
* Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
What about you ?
* 3+ years of experience in business development within tech consulting (Data, AI, Digital).
* A true hunter mindset, passionate about business growth and market expansion.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomous, and capable of building and structuring a new business.
* Native or fluent Spanish, with professional English proficiency.
