Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement global strategies to reinforce organizational culture, ensuring cohesion across all markets and international teams.
* Develop performance evaluation frameworks, leadership programs, succession plans, and a global training strategy to drive professional growth and talent excellence.
* Lead the global recruitment strategy, establishing processes, metrics, and competitive benchmarks to attract top talent.
* Design and implement retention strategies, including benefits, compensation, career plans, and engagement programs tailored to various markets.
* Ensure teams have the right talent to achieve objectives, working closely with managers to identify and address specific needs.
* Oversee compliance and lead the standardization of labor and administrative processes globally.
* Act as a strategic partner on the executive team, solving organizational challenges related to HR.
* Define and monitor key metrics (KPIs) to measure performance in recruitment, retention, and development, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
Your Profile
* Experience in leadership roles within scale-ups or fast-growing international companies.
* Solid expertise in Culture, Talent Development, Recruitment, Retention, and Strategy.
* Proven experience working with multicultural, globally distributed teams.
* Knowledge of international labor regulations (especially in Spain, the U.S., and Europe).
* Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic influencing skills.
