PstrongRevlon /strong, a leading international beauty company, is seeking to hire a Sr. Brand Manager, Global, for the Personal Care division. /ppbr/ppThis global role combines strategic thinking and operational execution, with frequent interaction with international teams and multiple markets. /ppbr/ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /ppbr/pulliDefine and develop the global brand strategy. /liliMonitor and analyze the category performance in the markets where the brands operate. /liliIdentify global business growth opportunities and new development areas. /liliLead innovation and New Product Development (NPD) projects, including reformulation and product launches. /liliSupport international markets in implementing the global brand strategy. /liliAnalyze market and consumer data (sell-in, sell-out) using tools such as Nielsen, Circana, or similar platforms. /liliIdentify market trends and insights through analytical tools and data platforms. /liliManage brand transformation projects with a strong project management approach. /liliDevelop brand content and assets, including digital and social media campaigns. /liliWork closely with cross-functional teams (RD, Supply Chain, markets, etc.) to drive projects forward. /liliMonitor PL and return on investment for marketing initiatives in a data-driven and financially oriented environment. /liliLead key projects and represent the brand to international markets. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongProfile Required /strong /ppbr/pulliUniversity degree; postgraduate studies in Marketing or an MBA are valued. /lili3–4 years of experience as a Brand Manager in FMCG companies. /liliBilingual level of English, both written and spoken. /liliExperience in product innovation and development, including product launches or portfolio renewal projects. /liliExperience working with multiple markets and international teams. /liliExperience developing marketing campaigns, including digital and social media. /liliExperience managing brand projects and coordinating cross-functional teams. /liliStrong analytical skills to interpret market data, sell-in, sell-out, and PL. /liliStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with international markets. /liliAbility to lead projects independently, with ownership and accountability. /li /ul
