This role is pivotal in driving talent strategies, supporting organizational change, ensuring legal compliance, fostering a positive work environment, and acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with business objectives.- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and operational managers.- Lead employee relations efforts, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.- Manage labour disputes, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.- Ensure compliance with labour laws and health & safety regulations.- Promote a strong organizational culture, diversity, and inclusion.- Analyse HR metrics (absenteeism, turnover, engagement, etc.) and implement action plans.- Support performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) in areas such as compensation, benefits, learning & development, and talent acquisition.To Excel in This Role, You’ll Need:- University degree in Law, Psychology, Labour Relations, or related fields.- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 in senior leadership roles.- Demonstrated experience in unionized environments and collective bargaining.- In-depth knowledge of Spanish labour law and HR best practices.- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.- Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.- Resilient, agile, and comfortable leading in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.- Fluency in English is preferred.Pay, Benefits and MoreGXO is dedicated to attracting top talent, and we recognize and reward it accordingly.
