**Position Overview**: 
**Key Responsibilities**: 
- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations. 
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and verticals. 
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and consultation. 
- Collaborate with our technical teams to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. 
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. 
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to key stakeholders. 
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management. 
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their sales skills and achieve professional growth. 
**Requirements**: 
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. 
- Ability to drive sales initiatives, negotiate contracts, and close deals. 
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a results-driven mindset.
