CMA Terminals is looking for a junior equipment engineer who will be assisting the local technical team for the management of new container handling equipment delivery projects, transition to maintenance for the container terminal of at TTIA Algeciras, Spain. .
The role also has responsibility for providing engineering support for all container handling equipment projects associated with the terminal operations.
Project management and supervision of the construction, testing, and shipment
Commissioning and final acceptance
Training of operators and maintenance teams
Set in place the maintenance plan
Manage improvement projects over existing fleet of equipment
Perform audits of maintenance organization and performances on terminals and implement best practices and guidelines
Implement projects to improve equipment operational efficiency and running costs.
Assist Engineering team to supervise contractor's maintenance works of equipment
Candidate shall be experienced with assertiveness, technical skills, high energy, deep sense of responsibility and excellent interpersonal skills.
Master's degree in Engineering
Technical skills in mechanical, electrical and structural engineering
planning and management skills.
Good communication skills in English and able to manage effectively in a multicultural environment.
