In this role you will drive the success of OneStream’s partner ecosystem by enabling and growing partner capabilities. You will coordinate across internal teams to ensure timely, effective support and scalable partner practices. You’ll manage partner health, enablement, and governance, while fostering strong relationships to deliver successful implementations. The position offers strategic influence over partner programs, COE development, and cross-functional collaboration to scale partner impact.

• Primary point of contact for implementation partners and ensure access to resources
• Own regular partner status calls to review project delivery status and risks
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships to drive successful OneStream implementations
• Provide guidance on partner health and future planning
• Coordinate with internal teams (Support, Remote Consulting, Partner Enablement, Engineering, Customer Success) to route partner needs
• Alert internal leadership to delivery concerns and mitigate risks
• Input on partner leveling based on experience and skills
• Maintain clear communication with partners and stakeholders
• Drive development and maintenance of a COE function within partner practices
• Monitor and support partner-led implementations to ensure delivery adherence
• Review project plans and recommend adjustments for go-live success
• Increase customer satisfaction and adoption through functional enablement
• Recommend enablement materials based on customer requirements
• Review partner cases to ensure proper COE usage
• Identify key deliverables for partner success
• Develop and deliver partner seismic pages with functional information and content xpzdshu
• Engage partners’ COE with Navigator courses and enablement materials
• Identify opportunities to improve partner processes and efficiency
• Create SOPs for engaged projects and governance
• Conduct GAP analysis with alliances to strengthen partner processes
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Information Systems
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, stakeholder management or account management
• Minimum 5 years of experience consulting or functional account management for software implementations in CPM/EPM
