Your responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and document control‑focused tests to evaluate dynamic performance, stability, and robustness.
* Validate and characterize torque, velocity, and position control loops using time‑ and frequency‑domain analysis.
* Provide high‑quality measurement data and insights to support control and firmware engineers during validation, tuning, and debugging.
* Maintain and improve test benches, HIL setups, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems, including first‑level troubleshooting.
* Prepare clear, structured test reports and ensure traceable documentation of test setups and results.
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to continuously improve control‑related testing methodologies.
This job is exactly right for you if...
* You have hands‑on experience testing electromechanical, robotics, or motion control systems.
* You understand control fundamentals (PID, cascaded loops, bandwidth, stability) and how they behave in real systems.
* You are comfortable working with measurement tools, sensors, and data acquisition, and analyzing dynamic behavior (FFT, step response).
* You work in a structured, analytical, and detail‑oriented way and enjoy turning data into clear insights.
* You communicate clearly and document your work well, with professional proficiency in English.
