In this role, you will be leading the team responsible for cyber offensive and threat intelligence operations at Edwards Lifesciences. This team is critical in delivering threat insights and services that protect Edwards’ mission of providing innovative medical solutions to improve lives worldwide.
You will make an impact by:
* Developing and leading the execution of high-impact cyber offensive services and products supporting the business and its mission.
* Planning, leading, and executing offensive security engagements, including penetration tests, red team, and purple team exercises, tailored to Edwards' needs.
* Leading a team of cyber offensive testers/operators and threat analysts, setting clear expectations and goals.
* Implementing an effective operating model to ensure consistent, high-quality, and ethical service delivery.
* Delivering high-value cyber threat intelligence products to various stakeholders.
* Building cross-functional partnerships to maximize team impact.
* Communicating complex technical subject matter effectively to diverse audiences.
What you'll need:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or related field.
* At least 10 years of experience leading cyber offensive operations and engagements.
* Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
* Red team and/or purple team experience with planning and execution.
* Enterprise infrastructure and network pentesting experience.
* Proficiency with OPSEC-aligned techniques, tools, and methodologies for safe and ethical engagements across various environments.
* Experience designing and deploying secure attack infrastructure.
* Knowledge of cyber offensive security frameworks and threat intelligence methodologies.
* Understanding of adversary TTPs, attack patterns, and threat modeling.
* Experience with enterprise technologies and cloud services.
* Ability to collaborate and problem-solve across teams.
* Experience establishing customer relationships and delivering reports and presentations.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Technical certification in cyber offensive domain.
What else we look for:
* Experience in security architecture or detection and response.
* IT infrastructure or software development experience.
* Familiarity with OT/Manufacturing cybersecurity.
