As a Technical Project Manager you will manage the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process for new customers. This role involves project management, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful deployment and adoption of our payment platform. You will be at the forefront of coordinating and optimizing technical processes, bridging the gap between technical teams, stakeholders, and project goals.As the Technical Project Manager, you will:
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Review the project's Business specifications, breakdown key components and review overall architecture.
Coordinate with Tech Ops and Engineering to define the technical solution and articulate it in technical specifications.
Utilize Monday.com or other project management tools to create a detailed breakdown of tasks involved in technical projects.
Create or assist in creating GitHub issues organized by Epic (one per project)
Use Monday.com to report progress updates on the different projects on a weekly or biweekly basis (depending on
