P An international company operating in the b Food Beverage ingredients sector /b is currently recruiting a Customer Operations Specialist to support its b French-speaking customer portfolio /b. The role sits at the intersection of customer service, sales support, and order management, ensuring a high level of service across the full order-to-cash cycle. /p p This position works closely with Key Account Managers and regional commercial teams, acting as a key operational contact for customers. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /pulli Serve as the main point of contact for b French-speaking customers /b, coordinating closely with sales and internal teams. /lili Manage customer orders end to end, from order entry through shipment and invoicing. /lili Validate customer data at order stage, including pricing, commercial terms, exceptions, and specific logistics requirements. /lili Handle customer and internal enquiries related to product availability, quality, substitutions, inventory levels, order status, pricing, billing, and invoicing. /lili Support the sales team with account-related operational issues, including carrier incidents and delivery constraints. /lili Address customer complaints promptly, ensuring appropriate follow-up and escalation where required. /lili Maintain accurate customer and account records to ensure efficient billing and documentation. /lili Ensure adherence to internal processes, policies, and compliance requirements. /li /ul pb Profile Sought /b /pulli Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience. /lili At least b3 years’ experience /b in a customer service, customer operations, or sales support environment. /lilib Fluent French and English /b are essential (written and spoken). /lili Experience working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ERP systems (i.e. b SAP Business One /b). /lili Familiarity with import/export documentation is a plus. /lili Previous exposure to the b food and beverage industry /b is advantageous. /li /ul pb Key Competencies /b /pulli Strong customer focus. /lili Communication skills. /lili Proactive and solution-oriented approach. /lili High attention to detail and accuracy. /li /ul
