Are you looking to kick-start your career in technology with a structured development path and fast-track growth opportunities? Our IBM Tech Sales Accelerator Program is designed for ambitious graduates, offering hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience within IBM Digital Sales. Over 12 months, you will work in our talent hub based in Valencia, gaining critical skills before transitioning into your next career step as Data & AI Seller in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Digital Sales Specialist within IBM's Data & AI brand, you will identify potential clients, understand their business needs, and present tailored IBM solutions that leverage AI and data analytics to drive efficiencies, innovation, and profitability. You will help provide solutions that enable people across organizations, in multiple roles, to turn data into actionable insights without waiting for IT. You will contribute to selling multi-award-winning software and world-class design practices that enable business analysts to ask new questions.

Your Primary Responsibilities

Collaboration with IBM Ecosystem: Collaborate with the broader IBM sales ecosystem, from Marketing to Sales and technical colleagues, to IBM Business Partners.

Develop Collaborative Campaigns: Leverage the ecosystem to develop business campaigns and new and up/cross-sell sales opportunities within your defined client and partner territory.

Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process and ensure delivery against KPIs, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts.

Forecasting and Deal Closures: Forecast deal closures and effectively communicate forecasts.

Use-Case Development: Create use-cases and proofs of concept in response to client RFIs.

Value Proposition Presentation: Present high-level value propositions compellingly.

Solution-Selling: Learn and employ solution-selling techniques to identify and engage decision makers and influencers, qualify opportunities, and respond to clients' needs.

Client relationship management: Manage a dedicated client set and define, confirm and communicate the differentiated value of IBM's technology at both the technical and business level.

Business Partner relationship management: Manage IBM partner relationships, ensuring mutual growth and alignment of objectives.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Education: Completed technical or business administration degree;

minimum requirement is a Bachelor's Degree.

Communication and Language Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills that are engaging, compelling and influential.

English: Full professional proficiency

German: Native proficiency

Analytical Skills with a focus on using data for decision-making and achieving positive business outcomes.

Team player with a collaborative spirit, able to work across multiple functions and levels within IBM and partners.

Previous experience in Sales (1-3 years), as Business Developer and/or Territory
