We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Operantions controller - to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.
Responsibilities
 * Budget planning (IT cost area).
 * Controlling and internal/group reporting.
 * Preparation of business cases (BC), savings proposals, and benefits tracking.
 * Support for audit processes, internal control, and risk management.
 * Development of management dashboards (CM).
Technical Skills
 * STEM profile with experience in Controlling.
 * High level of English, spoken and written.
 * Advanced office productivity tools, mainly Excel .
 * Basic knowledge of SAP FI .
 * Nice to have:
 * Experience building CM (management dashboards) and using reporting tools (e.G., Power BI ).
 * Knowledge of SAP IP (Integrated Planning) and SAP MM .
 * Experience in Project Portfolio management / Jira .
 * Experience in a multinational environment and in the insurance or banking sector.

 * Rigorous, structured analytical thinking: ability to break down complex problems, identify patterns, and turn financial/technology data into strategic insight.
 * Handling and analysis of large data volumes: competence in working with extensive, dispersed information.
 * Attention to detail with a big-picture view: able to dive into technical/financial detail without losing sight of business impact, profitability, and investment.
 * High cross-functional collaboration: experience partnering with multiple units (technology, finance, procurement, projects, etc.), understanding their goals and constraints.
 * Ability to deal with senior profiles (middle & top management): communicates clearly, builds credibility, sustains complex discussions, and adapts the message to the audience.
