Join our team as an IT Administrator! You will provide first-level support, resolving technical issues and maintaining our company's reputation for exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and log tickets from users seeking help.
- Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved and closed appropriately.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, providing prompt resolutions.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems, ensuring all systems are up to date.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
- Document internal procedures and write helpful guides for users.
- Manage the IT stock warehouse and work with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, WIFI, VPN) routine maintenance.
- Manage users in Okta, Google workspace, and other applications.
- IT Support projects to implement new technologies/systems.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Patience and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff in a professional manner.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or understanding of workflow automation tools like N8N or Make (formerly Integromat).
