The successful candidate will report to our Chief Global Customer Officer and should have proven experience in key account sales and connections with large CPG retailers and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in CPG, Retail, and Professional Services, with a track record of using data-driven insights and advisory capabilities to drive growth. Experience in sales and client management within service industries is also advantageous.
Responsibilities include:
1. Providing organizational, sales, and client service leadership for Advantage Group.
2. Building strong relationships with CPG clients, ensuring they derive value and insights, and advocating for Advantage.
3. Achieving sales and profit targets within the client portfolio and pursuing new business opportunities.
4. Collaborating with Commercial, Market, and Finance teams to align with business strategies, including financial reporting and budgeting.
5. Developing client service and product proposals by working across various functions.
6. Negotiating effectively to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
7. Supporting market leaders in developing global client collaborations at the country level.
8. Enhancing the Advantage brand through presentations, conferences, publications, and similar activities.
Location
Preferably based in Europe (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, Germany), with the role being remote (home office).
Travel Expectations
Travel may include client meetings, visits to Toronto, conferences, and industry events.
