Lead the global category strategy, generating significant and sustainable value for customers and shoppers.Design, develop, and execute comprehensive category strategies by channel, based on in-depth analysis and market trends.Adapt and operationalize the global/regional category vision (Perfect Store) to the local context, anticipating opportunities and mitigating risks.Oversee and guide continuous analysis of the category, market, competitors, and key customers, incorporating insights for strategic decision-making.Lead and foster strategic relationships with key customers, proactively advising and driving changes at the point of sale.Coordinate and support the sales team in identifying gaps, formulating action plans, and monitoring execution.Collaborate with Marketing and Finance in planning and controlling the category budget.Lead brand strategy within the category, managing launches and visibility activities.Define and execute optimal pricing and sales channel strategies.Supervise commercial execution at the point of sale, including promotions and commercial negotiations.Manage sales forecasts and track brand and campaign performance.
Evaluate and analyze market and performance data.Fluent English.Minimum 6 years of experience in category management, shopper marketing, or commercial areas, with proven leadership and key account management experience.Extensive experience in retail or the pharmaceutical sector, focused on commercial strategy, market analysis, and category development.Advanced knowledge of the retail landscape, category and brand strategies, data analysis, shopper experience, and integrated commercial management.Personal skills: customer-centric mindset, speed with quality, adaptability, innovation, leadership, teamwork, effective communication, growth mindset, business orientation, compliance, integrity, and sustainability. xsgfvud
