Technical Implementation Consultant
Job Description
Be a point of reference for our customers for technical aspects, ensuring high quality services in the Medical IT arena, work from a high competences European Customer Service Center.
You are responsible to
1. Clearly understand performance expectations in terms of technical services and support.
2. Meet with EDI services, applications and sales teams as required to provide customer feedback, assist with project plans and align schedules
3. Assist in providing technical direction and support to Application and Testing teams.
4. Support the EDI Incident Support team in the accumulation and distribution of technical information
5. Keep Philips EDI service information database updated.
6. Provide technical advice on software and hardware upgrades and changes to setup and functionalities
7. Interface to the Research & Development teams for software bug reporting.
You're the right fit if:
8. Bachelor degree in Informatics, Biomedical Engineering or an equivalent combination of related experience and education
9. Over 2 year experience in a similar role
10. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English and strong team player who will act on behalf of Philips in Healthcare IT projects and problem analysis skills
11. Experience in database design, implementation/development, administration, dataguard, backups and recovery, tuning, oracle Programming Language, (PL/SQL developer)
12. Experience of development of simple integration components (COM object based interfaces, Web interfaces, XML, HL7, etc)
13. Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Server, Vmware and HiperV solution
14. Understanding/knowledge of Medical Standards: DICOM, Health Level Seven (HL7) and Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise
15. Availability to travel in the country or accross Europe (for instance, trainings in Italy)
