Project Manager (German Speaker | Automotive Sector)We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join a leading project in the automotive sector. If you bring strong coordination skills, experience in ramp-up and change management, and are fluent in German and English, this could be your next challenge!Main Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate complex automotive projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.- Collaborate with specialist groups across different domains to ensure seamless execution.- Drive change management and oversee lifecycle processes throughout the project.- Manage production planning and ramp-up phases, ensuring successful industrialization.- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report to key stakeholders and management.Requirements:- +5 years of proven experience in project management, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination.- Solid knowledge of change management, lifecycle management, and ramp-up in production environments.- Hands-on experience with OEMs' development processes, methods, and tools.- Background in electrified components within the MEB series, including battery insourcing.Qualifications:- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or similar.Languages:- German – C1 (mandatory)- English – C1
