As the Space Business Unit of Indra Group, we combine cutting-edge technology with a full value chain approach—from satellite design and integration to ground segment and operations. Support Indra Space in End-to-End mission projects, reporting to the Head of End-to-End Systems Engineering Competence Centre.Coordinate technical groups for design, trade-off analysis, development, and verification of critical subsystems.Lead interdisciplinary design coherence and verification for subsystems such as OBDH, propulsion, AOCS, communication systems, and electrical power.Perform trade-off analyses, simulations, and optimization of mass, power, cost, and performance at system level.Coordinate hardware and software integration across subsystems.Lead troubleshooting and anomaly resolution throughout the project lifecycle.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.~10+ years of experience in relevant roles within the aerospace industry.~ Experienced systems engineer capable of assuming technical leadership responsibilities.~ Familiarity with MBSE philosophy and space-related analysis/design tools (CATIA, NASTRAN/PATRAN, ESATAN, FASTRAD...).~ Knowledge of integration and testing techniques and ECSS standards.~ English fluent (B2 minimum). Spanish is a plus.~ Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid.
