Responsibilities:
* Initiate outbound customer calls to promote and sell our services.
* Maintain and update a comprehensive customer database.

* Address customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Requirements:
* Fluency in French (C2 level) and proficient in English.
* Previous experience in sales, preferably with CRM systems.
