SIRIO Europe is seeking an Area Sales Manager (m / f / d) – Retail & Pharmacy Chains to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a key European territory, managing and expanding our private label business with retail and pharmacy customers.
Your Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development
* Drive growth across SIRIO’s product portfolio (softgels, gummies, tablets, and functional beverages)
* Meet and exceed annual sales targets (revenue and margin)
* Generate new business opportunities and follow up on regional leads
* Represent SIRIO at trade shows and networking events
Negotiation & Contracting
* Lead contract negotiations and secure long-term commercial supply agreements
* Respond to tenders and develop compelling proposals with internal teams
* Partner with Marketing and Product Management to track market trends and competitor activity
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams in Europe and China to deliver on customer projects
Strategic Sales Execution
* Track account performance and provide insightful reporting to senior management
* Manage budgets and CRM / project pipelines efficiently
* Understand key retail processes including range reviews and margin structures
Your Profile :
* 5+ years of experience as a sales or account manager with a proven track record in retail or pharmacy sectors
* Deep understanding of nutraceuticals, food supplements, or related consumer healthcare products
* Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and pricing skills
* Fluent in English (additional languages such as German, French, Italian or Polish are a plus)
* Comfortable navigating both strategic conversations and operational execution
* A team player who can also lead, mentor and collaborate across functions and cultures
* Willing to travel regularly within Europe
