- Manage major customer relationships to drive revenue growth and satisfaction
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create strategic account plans focused on growth and sustainability
- Lead high-level negotiations and tender processes to secure favorable terms
- Identify new business opportunities and expand CHEP's market presence within the portfolio
- Conduct business reviews and audits, maintaining asset management records and compliance
- Monitor KPIs (NPS, customer satisfaction) and implement improvement actions
- Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to drive strategic initiatives and supply chain improvements

- Strong organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of pooling services and pricing mechanisms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships
- Understanding of pooling business solutions and supply chain processes
- Sales, presentation, project management, and operations experience
- Fluency in English and at least one additional EU language
