Experteer Overview As a Strategic Key Account Manager for European Key Accounts, you will manage a portfolio of large, complex customers to drive retention, growth and profitability. You will collaborate with senior leadership to craft and execute plans, negotiate favorable terms, and promote sustainable, cost-efficient solutions. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver value-added services while strengthening long-term partnerships. This role offers impact across diverse industries within a global logistics context and supports CHEP’s mission of sustainable sharing and reuse.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Manage major customer relationships to drive revenue growth and satisfaction
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create strategic account plans focused on growth and sustainability
- Lead high-level negotiations and tender processes to secure favorable terms
- Identify new business opportunities and expand CHEP's market presence within the portfolio
- Conduct business reviews and audits, maintaining asset management records and compliance
- Monitor KPIs (NPS, customer satisfaction) and implement improvement actions
- Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to drive strategic initiatives and supply chain improvements
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, value-added services aligned with customer needsResponsabilidades
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of pooling services and pricing mechanisms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships
- Understanding of pooling business solutions and supply chain processes
- Sales, presentation, project management, and operations experience
- Fluency in English and at least one additional EU language
- Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP/BW is an advantageRequisitos principales
