Who We're Looking For We're looking for a Data Scientist with strong expertise in advanced analytics, statistical modelling, and machine learning. You are analytical, hands-on, and business-oriented.
You enjoy working with complex datasets, identifying patterns, testing hypotheses, and translating technical findings into clear recommendations. You are comfortable working in dynamic environments, interacting with clients, and building solutions that create real business impact. Prior experience in pricing, revenue management, forecasting, or optimization will be highly valued.
Requirements Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data science, advanced analytics, or related roles. Strong knowledge of Python for data analysis, modelling, and experimentation. Solid background in statistics, machine learning, and model evaluation.
Experience working with large, messy, real-world datasets, including data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and analysis. Ability to interpret model outputs, evaluate performance, diagnose limitations, and translate findings into business recommendations.
Experience with SQL and data analytics workflows. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders. Fluent in Spanish and English. Based in Catalunya, with availability to work from Barcelona 3 days per week. Previous experience in pricing, revenue management, demand forecasting, or optimization is highly valued.
What You Will Do Work directly with clients on high-impact data science and AI projects. Analyze large datasets to generate insights, build simulations, and support strategic decision-making. Design, test, and improve algorithms, predictive models, and analytical frameworks.
Apply statistical methods to understand business dynamics and identify improvement opportunities. Support pricing, forecasting, optimization, and decision intelligence projects. Create dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that help clients make better operational and strategic decisions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into data-driven solutions. Contribute to Crata AI's internal knowledge base and help define best practices in applied data science.
