We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our logistics department.
YOUR SKILLS :
The successful candidate will assist in inventory control, shipping and receiving, data entry, and coordination with vendors and transportation providers to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
* A first successful experience in a logistics, shipping, or warehouse support role is highly recommended.
* Familiarity with logistics software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong proficiency in Excel.
* Understanding inbound and outbound processes at a high level.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Great eye for detail and a structured mindset.
* Comfortable and autonomous in managing and prioritizing workload.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
YOUR TASKS :
* Maintain inventory records and prepare related documentation daily.
* Conduct regular physical inventory of goods.
* Assist in managing customer orders and ensuring timely shipping.
* Assist in coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations.
* Support in planning and tracking shipments domestically and internationally.
* Support in managing customs processes (import & exports with the US, Europe, and Switzerland).
* Ensure accurate receiving of goods.
* Process and file inventory and shipping documents.
* Update logistics databases and systems with order details.
* Assist in monitoring stock levels.
* Track logistics tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Assess priorities and maintain an orderly and timely workflow.
* Assist in running regular physical inventory audits (you’ll be counting the products yourself, which implies moving some around).
* Bring ideas to improve operations; your voice counts!

* Based in Germany around Frankfurt is a plus.
