At Prime Insights, we build products used by millions of users worldwide in the rewards, gaming,
and survey space. We’re a fast-growing company where Marketing, Product, Data, and Creative
work closely together to scale globally.
We’re looking for a Brand & Reputation Marketing Manager to own how our brands are
perceived externally across app stores, review platforms, social channels, and employer
branding touchpoints.
This is a new role within the company. We are not looking for someone to maintain existing
processes, we are looking for someone with a strong builder mindset who can create them
from zero.
You’ll have high ownership and will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building
processes, creating structure, and pushing initiatives forward independently.
What You’ll Do
App Store Reputation
* Own App Store & Google Play ratings/review strategy across all apps
* Monitor trends, sentiment, and recurring user feedback
* Partner with Customer Support, Product, CRM, and Marketing teams
* Build initiatives that improve ratings and user perception
Trust & Reputation
* Own reputation across Trustpilot, Reddit, Reviews.Io, and similar platforms
* Monitor sentiment and recurring complaints
* Identify risks and opportunities
* Build action plans that improve trust and perception
Social & Influencer Perception
* Monitor how users, creators, and influencers discuss our apps
* Understand recurring narratives and trends
* Recommend strategies that improve brand perception
Employer Brand
* Support Prime Insights employer branding initiatives
* Improve visibility across Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Great Place to Work, and related channels
Build Systems & Processes
* Define workflows and create scalable processes from scratch
* Build reporting, structure, and playbooks
* Drive initiatives with high ownership and little oversight
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years in Brand, Reputation, Marketing, Community, Social, Consumer Insights, or
related fields
* Strong builder mindset
* Comfortable creating processes and systems from zero
* High ownership and self-driven execution
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Fluent English
Very Important:
We strongly value people who actively use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and similar
platforms in their daily workflow.
We want someone who thinks in systems and uses AI to improve speed, efficiency, research,
analysis, and process building.
Nice to Have:
* Mobile app experience
* ASO or app store experience
* Social listening or review platform experience
* Influencer ecosystem knowledge
* Employer branding experience
