Ph3Head of Sales MCN CU West Europe /h3 pEricsson – Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales Mission Critical Networks (MCN) CU West Europe (Spain, France, Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, and Luxembourg). Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Unit West Europe, you will be part of the Leadership Team in West Europe and play a crucial role in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, while establishing market leadership across key verticals of Public Safety, Railways, Utilities, Defense, and 5G NTN. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPosition Ericsson as a thought and technology leader, grow our business and build strong customer relations. /li liGenerate profitable sales and develop long‑term business in the area of Mission Critical Networks. /li liApply Go‑to‑Market models, competitive commercial models and strategies. /li liLead with integrity the MCN Sales team to delight Mission Critical Networks customers and offer best‑in‑class solutions. /li liDrive negotiation in both private and public procurement scenarios. /li liIdentify and leverage market opportunities to establish and strengthen our leadership position within the targeted verticals. /li liDrive orders booked, net sales, profitability, and cash flow, including effective management of working capital. /li liFoster strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and customer satisfaction. /li liActively contribute to the Customer Unit West Europe Leadership Team. /li /ul h3The Skills You Bring /h3 ul liProven experience in key account management within the ICT industry, focusing on Mission Critical Networks. /li liStrong understanding of Public Safety, Railways, Utilities, and Defense sectors and their unique communication needs. /li liExceptional ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships. /li liExpertise in consultative selling and commercial acumen. /li liDemonstrated success in driving sales performance and achieving profitability targets. /li liExcellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. /li liAbility to work effectively across diverse geographies and cultural contexts. /li liStrong leadership and communication skills, with a commitment to collaboration and teamwork. /li liFluent in English; Spanish French highly recommended/welcomed. /li liA bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline. /li liAt least 10 years of successful and proven experience selling within the vertical sector such as Public Safety, Railways, Utilities, and Defense. /li /ul h3Why join Ericsson? /h3 pAt Ericsson, you’ll have an outstanding opportunity to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
