For the role of Portfolio Product Marketing Manager we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills. The responsibilities include:
1. Develop and deliver the annual Portfolio Marketing Plan for our Global Connectivity & Unified Communications Managed Services portfolios
2. Be a subject-matter-expert in understanding portfolio buyers and the Decision Making Unit (DMU), their challenges and drivers for managed services purchases.
3. Identifying our ‘right to win’ and ‘right to play’ through detailed a knowledge of customers, competitors and the industry
4. Establish our differentiated positioning, messaging & product naming for all managed services in the portfolio through cross-functional collaboration
5. Develop, and manage the delivery of, a programme of customer-facing content, product thought-leadership and collateral that Sales & Marketing Teams need to tell our story and win/accelerate orders
6. Distribute Positioning/Messaging and Content Toolkits to Group & Local Sales & Marketing Teams, optimising usage and activation
7. Be the lead point-of-contact for allocated projects
8. Present to senior stakeholders and key Partners, when needed
9. Maintain an up-to-date activity calendar and reporting for all portfolio marketing activities
10. Manage all activities within agreed budgets and timescales
What you bring
11. Expert working knowledge of technology product marketing
12. Evidenced experience in writing messaging and content for B2B buyers
13. In-depth understanding of the global Managed Services market, opportunities, key players and future trends
14. An understanding of buying segments, audiences, their needs and buying journeys
15. Experience in building marketing content aligned to buyer needs
16. Evidence of an ability to work across a highly matrixed business
17. Outcomes and results driven mindset
18. Proven ability to multitask and run cross-functional initiatives and projects
19. Ability to simplify complex information
20. Ability to deliver excellent written communication, presentation and storytelling in the English language.
21. 4+ years Product Marketing experience
22. Degree / Marketing qualification desirable
23. Knowledge of B2B Technology Managed Services essential,
24. Knowledge of Fixed, Mobile, IoT and Unified Communications technologies desirable
