This Position reports to:
Finance Manager
Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collect and analyze financial metrics. Each day, you will identify trends and problems and communicate information to relevant groups. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending actions to improve financial performance of the specific factory/manufacturing site.
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Work model:
Performing analyses of business performance versus plan and proposing improvement actions.Benchmarking of key performance indicators with industry competitors and similar sites within ABB.Preparing financial modelling for various hypotheses and assessing impact to factory with special focus on product / business line profitability, product costing, production variances, over/under-absorption analysis / inventory analysis.Supporting the preparation of the relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting and providing information to the management by gathering and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.

Qualifications For The Role
Controller with a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar roleExperienced in SAP ERP, fluent in English (both written and spoken), and skilled in Microsoft Office toolsA proactive individual with a continuous improvement mindset, strong sense of ownership, and a responsible, digitally-oriented approach
