In Airbus Crisa we are currently in a key Digitalization phase. As part of it we are starting a project to have our own ERP, PLM and ME systems.
We need an ERP Project Leader to execute a migration Project that will combine the deployment of ERP, PLC and ME systems.
Main Activities:
- Plan, coordinate and execute the Project of migration and deployment of the new solutions in time, cost and quality.
- Participate on the requirement collection meetings, define the objectives, coordinating the involved areas and ensuring the technical viability of the assigned projects.
- Supervise and validate the analysis, parametrization, development and testing of the new system.
- Document the management and follow up of the Project
- Create the specific documentation for the users (New processes description, differences with the old ones, )including communications oriented to the Change Management
- Coordinate and Manage the external resources and providers including the subcontracted services.
- Ensure a correct support service after the system deployment
- Collaborate with the support team on the problem identification and on the evaluation of new change requests once the system is on production
**Education**:
Engineer Degree with knowledge in both technical and business environments.
Language: Advanced English level required
Expert Functional knowledge on the following modules or products SAP/4 (FI, PS, PP ), Windchill, SAP MES, SAP MII and SAP BW.
Work experience (Concept and time)
- At least five years of experience as SAP solutions Project Leader or doing similar activities, working with big clients, recommended at an international level.
- Experience on the aerospace sector will be evaluated positively
- Experience on providers for projects deployment and services
Soft Skills:
- Good communication skills in complex international environments
