BCG's expertise in Operations covers the following areas - supply chain management, procurement, manufacturing, service operations, cost efficiency, operational transformation, research & product development, program and project management, all with a strong digital and analytics overlay.Supply Chain & Procurement are a key priority for our OPS practice area – in fact they are the largest business lines within OPS at BCG.What You'll DoAs a Consultant/Consulting Manager, you will be given end-to-end responsibility within a BCG project, and begin to develop specialized knowledge to help you solve our clients' problems.
