PbJob Objective: /b /pp The Quality Compliance Specialist will provide support in the preparation, coordination, and submission of PPAP documentation for automotive customers. The role will also be responsible for ensuring product compliance with applicable regulations regarding hazardous substances, as well as supporting the management and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. Additionally, this position will coordinate and monitor the training program for direct employees. /ppbr/ppbPrimary Responsibilities: /b /ppb1. Compliance Hazardous Substances /b /pulliMonitor and ensure compliance with regulations related to restricted or hazardous substances (e.g., REACH, RoHS, IMDS, SCIP). /liliMaintain and update product material declarations and databases. /liliSupport customers with compliance-related inquiries and reporting. /li /ulpb2. Quality Systems Management /b /pulliSupport the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (IATF 16949, ISO 9001). /liliPlan, execute, and document internal audits (system process). /liliSupport external audits (certification bodies, customers, corporate). /liliFollow up on corrective actions and verify their effectiveness. /liliParticipate in cross-functional quality improvement initiatives. /li /ulpb3. Training Program Coordination /b /pulliOrganize training sessions, maintain training records, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. /liliMonitor training effectiveness and support continuous improvement of the program. /liliGive support and train operators and trainers. /li /ulpb4. PPAP Support (Automotive Sector) /b /pulliPrepare, review, and maintain PPAP documentation according to customer and industry requirements. /liliCoordinate with internal departments to gather necessary data (process capability, control plans, FMEAs, material certifications, etc.). /liliEnsure timely submission of PPAP packages and follow up on approvals. /liliSupport customer-specific requirements related to product validation and documentation. /li /ulpb5. Sustainability Platforms Customer Quality Requirements: /b /pulliKeep updated sustainability platforms as Sedex, Ecovadis, etc. /liliComplete and follow-up Customer Quality Requirements as: Quality Agreements, Customer Score Cards, Quality Questionnaires… /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications: /b /pulliDegree in Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Management, or related field. /liliKnowledge in automotive quality processes (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plans). /liliKnowledge of compliance regulations related to hazardous substances (REACH, RoHS, IMDS, SCIP). /liliFamiliarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards. /liliStrong analytical and organizational skills. /liliGood communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. /liliProficiency in English (spoken and written). /li /ulpbPreferred Skills /b /pulliExperience with customer portals and automotive documentation systems. /liliTraining or auditing certifications (internal auditor, core tools, etc.). /liliAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. /li /ulpbr/p
