 
        
        The Supply Chain coordinator for Automotive & Autoparts laboratories supplies is the central person that coordinates the process and all the actions that will ensure the supply of needed products to the various Automotive & Autoparts laboratories from Valladolid site. 
**_ Main accountabilities:_** 
- The incumbent is the owner of the supply process from order by technical to goods reception in the ERP by the technical laboratories 
- The incumbent will identify the soundest sourcing for the various technical incoming orders in close relation with the SC organization 
- The incumbent is the owner of the catalogue of products available for ordering by technical, its maintenance and update with new items. 
- Communicate actively with the technical community to give visibility on the leadtime and shipments of the orders. 
- Create appropriate visibility for technical and Manufacturing regarding MTO items in order to optimize availability/safety stock stock in the laboratories 
- Process development/evaluation to achieve best practice; identifying areas for process/toolset improvement to increase efficiency and productivity. 
- Handle quality issues and generate ideas to improve 
- Continuously interact with stakeholders to improve the process and its outcome 
- Coordinate and streamline logistics processes which enable the organization to improve service and cost to serve. 
- Main contact person between technical teams, SC, manufacturing and Logistics 
- Coordinate shipments of all orders 
- Due to our business, be adaptable in working hours. 
- To prepare appropriate monthly reports of activity 
**Requirements**: 
- Communication and interaction capabilities 
- Discipline and rigor 
- Mathematic and logic capabilities (analytical thinking) 
- Supply chain basic skills, 
- Knowledge of the IT tools (Oracle, CAIR, LFA, Focus, Excel) 
- Knowledge of laboratory ways of working is a plus 
- Fluent in Spanish, English language at reasonable level; an additional language will be a plus. 
- The person will be located in Laguna (Spain)
