Key Responsibilities
* To support our Business Partners in the communication and cloud area to success in any kind of solution delivery with a broad range of services: audit, consultancy, configuration, technical advisor, etc.
* To help Technical Support L3 to qualify, filter and fix Service Requests raised by BPs in key customers, in order to provide the committed SLA as well as helping to keep customer's trust.
* To teach the BP community on all the solutions products through the training tracks.
Key Qualifications
* Deep knowledge in Linux OS to install and configure Linux servers and services
* Knowledge in programming languages (html, sql, javascript, python, node.js, C, C++, REST APIs, etc.)
* Knowledge in programming Smartphone apps (Android and/or iOS) will be a plus
* Knowledge in Communication systems (PBX, VoIP, Unified Communications, Telephony, SIP protocol, etc.)
* Highly desirable if the candidate demonstrates knowledge in Communication technologies either Telephony (PBX) or Cloud Comm Services (Rainbow)
* It would to be a plus if the candidate owns either Telephony Professional or Telephony Expert certifications of any of the main vendors (CISCO, ALE, Avaya, Mitel, etc)
* Knowledge in IT Security principles and policies will be a plus
* Knowledge in virtualization or containers environments will be a plus (installation/configuration/maintenance)
