We work with leading companies in the country that trust us to guide their digital transformation.We develop active policies of diversity and inclusion of people with disabilities and we are proud to have a representation of approximately 49% of female professionals.At DXC Spain, we are looking for a Lead ITO & Cloud Solution Architect based in Madrid.The Lead ITO & Cloud Solution Architect drives large, multiple, and/or highly complex business solutions and strategy for targeted customers focused on hybrid cloud solutions that span traditional ITO, private, and public cloud landing zones. Serves as a company and customer subject matter expert/trusted advisor for end-to-end solutions in the ITO & Cloud offering family area. Provides in-depth industry, market, and technical expertise to develop and execute sales strategies, solutions, and benefits to meet client needs and requirements. Supports Sales and Account Teams throughout the full sales lifecycle from initial customer contact and qualification through contract signing to delivery success.Basic QualificationsHigh level of proficiency in both Spanish and EnglishMaster's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or related field preferredFive or more years of experience in business solutions, technical consulting, or sales solutionsExperience working with the technology industry, especially managing sizeable accountsExperience with solution/product portfoliosProven ability to develop winning sales solutions and proposalsSignificant experience with hybrid cloud implementationsExperience with Cloud Management Platforms (CMPs) and automation toolsExperience with enterprise management systems, ITIL service delivery, and service desk integrationKnowledge of business environments, industries, and competitor products/servicesOther Skills & QualificationsAbility to lead high-performance teams towards winning solutionsStrong interpersonal and presentation skills for engaging with team members and clients up to the executive levelExpertise as a trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert in assigned products and solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills for persuasive presentations and documentationAbility to listen to client needs and articulate solutions effectivelyStrong negotiation and sales skillsAbility to communicate the business value of company solutions and understand competitive positioningEffective at presenting ideas, goals, problems, and solutions to diverse audiencesAbility to represent the company professionally with internal and external stakeholdersTeamwork and leadership capabilitiesNetworking skills to build and maintain professional relationshipsJudgment and initiative in problem-solvingRelevant Cloud certifications (Public Cloud or others)Experience migrating or transforming legacy solutions to the cloudUnderstanding of CloudOps, DevOps, and their benefitsFamiliarity with enterprise services, products, and frameworks such as ITIL, Zachman, TOGAFProfessional experience architecting/operating solutions on public/private cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, VMware, etc.)Job Functions :
