**Site Manager**:

ABB is heavily investing in the field of Robotics, and AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots) in particular. You will be part of the team working in the one of the fastest growing and most highly sought after sectors in Industry. In this role you will act as Site Manager being responsible for overseeing the warehouse operations in AMR facilities in Madrigalejo del Monte, Burgos, delivering products, systems, and services to customers and meeting the business objectives while complying with applicable processes and regulations. Reporting to the General Manufacturing Manager, you will be in charge of coordinating the different functions of the organization working in the area.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Internal management of the different sites, keeping proper working conditions and ensuring the HSE processes and integrity performance
- Optimization of the warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization
- Coordination of the different departments needs regarding space usage and required services
- Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks. Recommends measures to improve performance
- Material Flow control: delivery forecast, production supply
- Ensuring maintenance of equipment and facilities (certification, maintenance, calibration)
- Management of shipping companies and subcontracts (access, on-site works)
**Your background**:
- From 2 to 5 years of experience working in warehouse environment preferrable in production or logistics related activities, with at least 3 years in coordination/ management responsibilities
- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
- Strong leadership skills. Collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Solid knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory Management and material flows
- Experience in managing external suppliers
- User level knowledge in IT tools. Valuable ERP experience, especially with SAP
- Medium level in general and technical English, both spoken and written
- Valuable forklift and crane licenses, updated and valid in Spain
