Role OverviewThe
Field Service Engineer
will ensure quick resolution of complex customer challenges and support team members with their technical expertise. You will collaborate across all levels of the organization to drive growth and process improvements. This position reports to the Iberia Service Manager and is based in Madrid, with a fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and competent customer support, ensuring clear communication and collaboration with the Service Team.
Support sales activities such as installations and demonstrations, and perform service, repair, and installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites.
Respond to support calls, diagnose system failures, and escalate complex issues appropriately.
Contribute to organizational growth by supporting existing customers and identifying new opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to travel within Spain and Iberia (up to 70%), with a valid driver’s license.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with repairs, calibrations, upgrades, and networking.
Training or coaching experience.
Ability to work in a matrix organization and build remote relationships.
