Responsibilities
As a Technical Solution Specialist, you assist businesses using modern digital environments. You troubleshoot technical questions, provide expert‐level explanations and guide users through platform features and best practices. You help clients optimize their workflows and ensure smooth daily operations. Your tasks include resolving inquiries, validating technical details, offering structured walkthroughs, logging solutions and coordinating with specialized teams when needed. Qualifications
Candidate must be fluent in English and one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish).
