HP AM Competence center engineer Description - The Competence Center team is the organization that consolidates technical knowledge and acts as highest technical authority in the region. As part of this team the candidate will be exposed to work on complex troubleshooting cases and defining tools and processes to improve the service performance on the region to maximize customer satisfaction and service performance indicators. The position requires frequent travel (approximately 50%) across multiple EMEA countries to engage with customers and partners, understand application environments, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. The role operates with a high level of autonomy, demonstrating proactivity and a continuous improvement mindset to drive service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency in the Additive Manufacturing business. Key Responsibilities Represent HP technical position in front of Partners and end customers. Provide customer technical support and recommendations to improve equipment performance. Act as the focal point for escalations and elevations from the field to be transferred to GBU. Consolidate and deploy technical knowledge into the field (FSE/operators/partners) Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, prepare reports and recommendations for process improvements. Contribute to the enhancement of customer experience by identifying opportunities to streamline operations and exceed service level agreements. Proactively identify improvement opportunities in tools, processes, and ways of working to continuously enhance service efficiency and quality. Education and Experience Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in mechanics or electronic science or related area of study English at a fluid speaker level and a 2nd or 3rd European language Exposure to industrial Services manufacturing processes, 3D printing, or digital technologies is highly desirable.
