Sales Executive
to drive the sales of an exclusive new development of branded residences.
What You'll Do: As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for:
Spearheading the sales efforts for a high-profile new development of branded residences. Communicating a compelling vision for unbuilt properties to potential buyers. Building and nurturing strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals. Utilising your in-depth knowledge of the Spanish Real Estate market to identify and close sales opportunities. Achieving and exceeding sales targets in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What You'll Bring: We're looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with:
5+ years of proven experience selling off-plan properties, ideally in Spain. Exceptional sales and negotiation skills. The ability to communicate a vision for unbuilt properties effectively. In-depth knowledge of the Spanish real estate market, especially Marbella. A strong client-centric approach and excellent relationship-building abilities. Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools. A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. Additional languages (German, French, Scandinavian) are a significant plus. A valid driver's license and your own transportation.
Desirable Attributes: Experience in luxury real estate. An existing network of high-net-worth clients. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
