About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Franchise Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry to support the growth and performance of our expanding network.
This is a key leadership role focused on developing franchise operations, supporting franchise partners, driving performance, maintaining brand standards, and identifying opportunities for network growth.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Network Support
- Build strong relationships with franchise partners across the network
- Provide ongoing operational, commercial and strategic support
- Assist franchisees in achieving growth and performance targets
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance and business development activity
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance meetings
Business Development
- Identify and recruit potential new franchise partners
- Support franchise launches and onboarding processes
- Assist with territory planning and expansion opportunities
- Work closely with leadership to execute franchise growth strategy
Training & Operations
- Deliver training and guidance on systems, processes and best practices
- Ensure franchisees follow brand standards and operational procedures
- Support agents and managers with recruitment, lead generation and sales processes
- Work alongside marketing teams to maximise local brand exposure
Industry & Market Knowledge
- Stay informed on local property market trends and competitor activity
- Provide insight and recommendations to improve franchise performance
- Help franchisees adapt to changing market conditions and opportunities
RequirementsEssential
- Previous experience within the real estate industry
- Experience managing multi-branch operations, franchise networks or agency teams
- Strong understanding of estate agency sales and business development
- Excellent leadership, communication and relationship management skills
- Commercially driven with strong organisational abilities
- Ability to motivate and support business owners and sales teams
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
Desirable
- Previous franchise management experience
- Experience scaling or developing property businesses
- Multilingual abilities including English, Spanish, Dutch, French or German
- Knowledge of international buyer markets
