We are seeking for 2 experienced
Customer Finance Specialist
to manage and optimize our financial operations across multiple regions. This role involves direct collaboration with financial institutions in Germany, but also support for other markets, depending on the language knowledge.
Availability from Monday to Friday on afternoon shifts.
Responsibilities:
Maintain direct contact with financial institutions across all assigned countries.Assist sales operation teams with patient financing, ensuring all processes are correctly followed.Oversee pending financing cases and manage escalations as needed.Deliver comprehensive training sessions on financial processes and protocols to sales teams.Analyze payment plans and debt recovery strategies.Monitor key metrics to ensure financial goals are met across regions.
Qualifications:
Background in finance risk or closest finance area (like treasury);Knowledge of financing operations, debt recovery, and financial documentation protocols.
Required Skills:
Advanced/Fluent/Native German and English professional proficiencyAny other additional language will be considered a nice-to-have.Proven experience in an international environment.Advanced proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.Strong ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
