Job description
MISSION: Act as the “experience delivery engine” for IESE’s events and program coordination, managing resources in an effective and cost-efficient way to provide on time, personalized and responsive services that contribute to deliver excellent experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the design, planning and management of client’s events and program coordination:
1. Event management & Program coordination that includes:
2. Program Delivery and Student’s Support: badges, seating charts, team rooms, lunch arrangements, etc.
3. Client Service: answer the information requests (by email, telephone, and personal)
4. Events management: production of materials (foams, screens, posters, html etc.);
speakers management, follow up, agenda and gifts;
support press needs;
design event & costumer journey;
5. Projects involvement: portfolio of social activities providers (hotels & restaurants);
gifts to participant;
support in catering, IT, audiovisuals and facilities;
6. Budget and calendar control and follow up;
event production & program delivery and closing (satisfaction survey, thank letters, statistics, audiovisuals material, etc.).
7. Participate in a wide array of projects including topics such as:
8. Homogenize processes to identify synergies, best practices and efficiencies. Develop a centralized database to achieve cost-effectiveness and time saving.
