Responsibilities
* Financial controlling & reporting – Support monthly management reporting and financial analysis for the CFO; assist with group consolidation and intercompany reporting processes; analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights; support with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
* Cost controlling & operations – Analyze production costs, manufacturing variances, and product margins; monitor and optimize inventory levels, stock valuation, and related KPIs; collaborate with Operations and Procurement to identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Compliance, audits & internal controls – Support with the implementation of internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance; support internal and external audits and liaise with auditors.
* Systems & process improvement – Assist in the implementation and optimization of ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One); contribute to improving financial processes and data quality across departments.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or audit.
* Solid knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS, local GAAP).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP B1 is a plus).
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Experience in an international or multi-entity environment is highly valued.
