Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operational Marketing Director Europe, you will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and analysing digital acquisition campaigns (SEA, Shopping, Paid Social, Display, etc.) executed by local agencies across several European subsidiaries of Roche Bobois. You will act as the main point of contact for these agencies:
Preparing and sharing campaign briefs Monitoring media plans and budgets Analysing performance reports provided by the agencies Interpreting traffic data from tools such as GA4, Matomo, and automated dashboards, in order to identify optimisation opportunities and ensure alignment with brand objectives
You will work closely with the Group Digital Marketing Manager and the Global Traffic Manager, both based at the Paris HQ, to align strategies and share best practices across markets. Regular travel will be required, particularly to:
Local subsidiaries (Spain, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, the UK) to support partner agencies and marketing teams The Paris headquarters to collaborate with the central communications team on performance, future campaigns, and shared objectives
These interactions will ensure strategic alignment and smooth coordination between markets.
Geographical Scope
You will oversee digital campaigns in the following markets: Roche Bobois Spain Roche Bobois UK & Ireland Roche Bobois Switzerland Roche Bobois Germany Roche Bobois Italy Roche Bobois Portugal
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor digital acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Pinterest, Display) managed by external agencies Implement a multi-channel, multi-country budget strategy aligned with brand awareness, traffic, and lead generation goals Ensure tracking tools and data flows (tagging, conversions) function properly, and suggest improvements where needed Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reporting with actionable optimisation recommendations Use analytics tools (GA4, Matomo, automated dashboards) to deepen audience and user journey insights Measure conversions and ROAS, particularly on strategic pages (product pages, contact forms, store locator, etc.) Collaborate with project teams based in Paris to improve performance tracking tools and dashboards
Profile Master’s level qualification (e.g. university or business school) ideally with a specialisation in digital marketing or communications Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing digital acquisition campaigns (in-house or agency side) Excellent command of Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and reporting platforms (Looker Studio, Matomo, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) Strong understanding of algorithmic bidding and optimisation strategies across major advertising platforms Analytical mindset, accuracy, autonomy, and a strong sense of teamwork
Languages Spanish: fluent (day-to-day working language) French: fluent (regular communication with Paris HQ) English: fluent (coordination with UK and international markets)
