Your Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Conversational AI projectsDefine and drive project roadmap, priorities, and execution strategyCoordinate cross-functional teams: AI Engineers, Designers, Product, Business stakeholdersAct as the main client-facing contact on delivery topicsEnsure alignment with technical constraints, quality standards, and SLAsMonitor KPIs, performance, and delivery healthIdentify risks and drive mitigation strategiesLead client rituals: weekly reviews, demos, retrospectivesTranslate business needs into clear, actionable plansDrive continuous improvement and scalability of AI systemsSupport backlog prioritization and Agile executionEnsure strong visibility through reporting and dashboards ProfileMust have:
Proven experience delivering LLM / Agentic AI / Conversational AI projectsStrong understanding of chatbots, voicebots, NLU, STT/TTS ecosystemsExperience in client-facing delivery rolesStrong command of Agile / Scrum methodologiesExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage complex, high-stakes environmentsData-driven mindsetFluent English Nice to have:
