Your role
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in leading daily operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, and creating a seamless and memorable guest experience. You will play a key role in motivating the team, optimizing performance, and maintaining the unique spirit of Nômade on the floor.
What you will do:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Lead, motivate, and guide the team to deliver outstanding service
- Ensure consistency in service standards and guest experience
- Act as a point of contact for guests, handling requests and feedback with care
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and other departments for smooth service flow
- Assist in staff training, onboarding, and continuous development
- Monitor service performance and proactively solve operational challenges
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Support scheduling, stock control, and operational procedures
- Step in to lead shifts and manage the floor when required
Who we’re looking for:
- Experienced hospitality professional with a background in restaurants, bars, or hotels
- Passionate about service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong leader with a hands-on and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with natural leadership and problem-solving abilities
Requirements:
- Previous experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and service standards
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume service periods
- Good understanding of hygiene, safety, and service protocols
- Fluent in Spanish (English is a plus)
- Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
