Experteer Overview As an SDR Manager at Gartner, you lead a team of 10+ SDP associates supporting Business Development and Account Management across Gartner regions. You shape outreach strategy, coach talent, and drive performance through mentorship and structured feedback. You collaborate with sales leaders and Lu0026amp; D to align training withbusiness goals. - Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDP associates
- Drive outreach strategy and execution across new and existing accounts
- Partner with front-line Sales leaders and quota-bearing sellers to support SDP pipeline generation and client engagement

- Proven leadership experience in sales, talent development, or performance coaching
- 1+ years Gartner Sales experience preferred
