Overview Our client is seeking a Trade Marketing Coordinator in Barcelona to join their fast-paced and international marketing team. In this role, you’ll support the execution of promotional campaigns across retail, wholesale, and export channels, ensuring brand visibility and a consistent in-store experience. You’ll be responsible for coordinating a team of 4, managing marketing materials, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to bring impactful campaigns to life. Key languages Full professional level of English Native / Full professional level of Italian Spanish is a plus Main responsibilities Coordinate the operational rollout of Trade Marketing campaigns across markets Lead and support a team of 4 people, ensuring clear task distribution and follow-up Manage and distribute promotional materials (POS, displays, goodies, signage, etc.) Serve as daily contact for sales and retail teams to ensure proper in-store execution Adapt materials to meet market-specific or channel-specific needs Support planning and logistics for product launches, events, and store openings Maintain updated databases of materials, store locations, and campaign activity Track budgets per campaign and collaborate with suppliers Assist in the preparation of internal presentations and campaign reports Ensure brand image consistency at points of sale and gather field feedback Collaborate with design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure material quality and availability Core skills / experience Previous experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Sales Support Experience managing or coordinating small teams is a strong plus Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset Proactive and solution-oriented, able to manage tasks across different markets Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and collaborative platforms Experience with project management tools or ERP systems (SAP, Trello, Asana) is a plus Interest in retail, visual merchandising, and operational marketing What\ 's on offer Competitive salary with annual reviews Private health insurance after 6 months On-site cafeteria at the office Discounts on company products Hybrid work model : 4 days in the office, 1 day remote Adaptable working hours Our recruitment process Step 1 : Interview with our recruiter to learn more about you Step 2 : Interview with HR Step 3 : Interview with the Trade Marketing Director and HR Step 4 : Final interview with the Finance Director #J-18808-Ljbffr
