Maintenance Manager – Hotel Maintenance & Operations
Location: Paguera, Mallorca, Spain
Salary: €35,000 + Accom + Food
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Are you a hands-on technical professional with leadership experience? We are looking for a Technical Leader to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of a hotel in Mallorca. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations.
Your Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day technical operations to ensure smooth hotel functioning
Manage maintenance and repair of all facilities and infrastructure
Plan and supervise minor renovation and maintenance projects
Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules
Assist with budgeting for maintenance, repairs, and energy costs
Supervise staff scheduling and training for the technical team
What You Bring:
Technical qualification with leadership experience in maintenance or engineering
Fluency in English and Spanish
Goal-oriented and structured approach to work
Reliable, independent, and proactive mindset
